How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches out to Biteunderground Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page explains how to raise a concern and what happens next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to write to us about:
- Your experience when calling or contacting Biteunderground Pest Control
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, pricing, products, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Biteunderground Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
If your concern is about how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that regulates pest control in California.
How to Send Your Complaint
Email contact@biteunderground.garden and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
What to Expect Next
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Still Feel Unheard
If our reply does not settle things, you can answer it and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
